Affiliate Content Policy
This Affiliate Content Policy ("Policy") governs participation in the referral partner programme operated by BNM Research Peptides LLC, DBA BNM Research Peptides ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to every approved partner ("you," "Partner") and to all content you publish, distribute, or cause to be published in connection with our materials.
Read this before applying. Statements made by our partners can be attributed to us by regulators. A partner post describing what one of our materials "does" is treated as our claim about our product. For that reason the content rules below are absolute, and breach results in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1. Who may participate
The programme is open to laboratory suppliers, scientific distributors, technical publishers, procurement platforms, and similar businesses whose audience consists of institutional and laboratory buyers. Applications are reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.
We do not accept partners whose audience or content is oriented toward fitness, bodybuilding, wellness, biohacking, anti-aging, weight management, athletic performance, hormone optimisation, or personal health, regardless of how the referral content itself is written. This is a categorical exclusion, not a judgement about the quality of your platform.
Partners must be at least 21 years of age, located in the United States, and able to receive payment lawfully.
2. Why these rules exist
Our materials are chemical reagents supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use. Our lawful basis for selling them depends on that being true throughout our marketing, not merely stated in a disclaimer.
Content that describes effects, benefits, results, quantities, or use in a person undermines that basis โ for us and for every other partner. It exposes us to FDA and FTC enforcement, exposes you to liability, and puts the programme at risk. These rules are drawn accordingly.
3. Prohibited content
You must not publish, link to, host, endorse, or allow on any channel you control, in connection with our materials or our brand:
3.1 Claims about effects or results
- any statement that a material treats, prevents, cures, mitigates, or diagnoses any disease, condition, injury, or symptom;
- any statement that a material affects the structure or function of the human or animal body โ including references to healing, recovery, repair, regeneration, growth, fat loss, muscle gain, sleep, cognition, mood, libido, skin, hair, longevity, or immunity;
- any before-and-after imagery, physique photography, transformation content, or progress reporting;
- any testimonial, review, case report, anecdote, or user experience describing personal use;
- any comparison to a drug, supplement, or therapy, or any framing as an alternative to one.
3.2 Use guidance of any kind
- quantities, doses, concentrations, dilutions, or unit conversions relating to use in a person or animal;
- preparation, reconstitution, mixing, or storage instructions framed for personal use;
- routes, sites, timing, frequency, duration, cycling, tapering, or combination of materials;
- calculators, charts, protocol templates, or "guides" of any description;
- links or references to any third-party source providing the above.
3.3 Regulatory and safety misrepresentation
- describing any material as FDA-approved, FDA-registered, prescription-grade, pharmaceutical-grade, medical-grade, clinically proven, sterile, injection-ready, or safe;
- describing us as a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, laboratory, or healthcare provider;
- stating or implying that purchase is appropriate for personal use, or that the research-use designation is a formality, a legal technicality, or something buyers may disregard;
- misstating purity figures, testing scope, lot data, or the contents of any Certificate of Analysis.
3.4 Other prohibited content
- content directed at, or likely to appeal to, persons under 21;
- content that disparages competitors or makes unsubstantiated comparative claims;
- fabricated scarcity, countdown timers, fake reviews, or fake social proof;
- content that omits the research-use designation where our materials are named.
4. Permitted content
You may accurately state:
- the material name, CAS number, sequence, molecular formula, molecular weight, and fill weight, as published in our catalog;
- physical form, appearance, and stated storage conditions;
- that each lot is submitted for independent analytical testing and supplied with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis reporting purity by RP-HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry;
- price, availability, shipping scope (domestic United States only), and processing times as published;
- that materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research use only, to qualified buyers only, and are not for human or veterinary use;
- that buyers must be 21 or older and must affirm a research use covenant at checkout.
In short: describe the material and the transaction. Never describe an outcome.
Every piece of content naming our materials must carry, in legible type adjacent to the reference, the designation: "For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use."
5. Placement and context restrictions
Referral links and content must not appear:
- on or adjacent to fitness, bodybuilding, wellness, biohacking, anti-aging, weight-loss, athletic performance, or health content;
- in forums, groups, servers, or comment sections where personal use of peptides is discussed, solicited, or advised;
- in direct messages, cold email, or unsolicited outreach to individuals;
- alongside content promoting prescription drugs, supplements, or controlled substances;
- in any context where the surrounding material would lead a reasonable reader to understand our products as intended for personal use.
You are responsible for the context in which your content appears, including third-party comments on channels you control. Moderate accordingly, and remove any comment that solicits or supplies use guidance.
6. Disclosure requirements (FTC)
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us in every piece of referral content, in accordance with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
Disclosure must be:
- clear โ in plain language, such as "I earn a commission on purchases made through this link";
- conspicuous โ placed before the referral link, in legible type, not hidden behind a "more" expander, not buried in a description or hashtag block, and repeated in video and audio content both verbally and on screen;
- unavoidable โ visible to a reader who does not scroll or click further.
Where a platform provides a built-in paid-partnership tool, use it in addition to, not instead of, a written disclosure.
7. Use of our brand and materials
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our name, logo, and approved catalog imagery solely to promote us in compliance with this Policy. The licence terminates automatically when your participation ends, at which point you must remove all such use within [X] days.
You must not: modify our logo or brand assets; use our name in a domain name, subdomain, social media handle, or app name; bid on our brand terms in paid search or use them in ad copy or display URLs without our prior written consent; represent yourself as us, as our employee, agent, or authorised reseller; or reproduce a Certificate of Analysis in part, out of context, or in any way that alters what it reports.
You must not sell, resell, or offer our materials yourself. You refer buyers to us; you do not distribute.
8. Prohibited traffic and promotion methods
- spam, unsolicited email or messaging, and any promotion violating the CAN-SPAM Act or TCPA;
- purchased, incentivised, bot, or otherwise non-genuine traffic;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe injection, typosquatting, or adware and browser extensions that inject referral links;
- coupon, cashback, or loyalty sites, unless expressly approved in writing;
- self-referral, or referral by a household member or affiliated entity;
- any promotion that violates the terms of the platform on which it appears.
9. Commission, attribution, and payment

You are responsible for your own taxes. We will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required, and you must supply a completed Form W-9 before your first payment.
We may withhold payment pending investigation of suspected breach, fraud, or invalid traffic.
10. Monitoring and enforcement
We review partner content periodically and on receipt of any report. You agree to provide, on request and within [X] business days, a list of all channels, URLs, and handles on which you promote us.
Where we identify non-compliant content we may, at our discretion and without prior notice: require removal or correction within a stated period; suspend your account and link; withhold or forfeit unpaid commissions; terminate your participation permanently; and, where warranted, pursue any remedy available at law.
Serious breaches โ including any claim of therapeutic effect, any use or dosing guidance, and any content directed at personal use โ result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, without warning or opportunity to cure.
11. Independent contractor status, indemnity, and liability
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, or commitment on our behalf, and any you purport to make is void as between us and binding on you alone.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BNM Research Peptides LLC, and their owner, employees, contractors, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and the costs of responding to any FDA, FTC, state attorney general, or other regulatory enquiry) arising from your content, your promotional activity, your breach of this Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This obligation survives termination.
Our total liability to you under this Policy is limited to commissions properly earned and unpaid at the date of termination. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Term, termination, and changes
Participation begins on approval and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, on written notice. On termination you must immediately cease all promotion, remove all referral links, and remove all use of our brand assets within [X] days.
Commissions properly earned and outside any holding period at the date of termination are paid on the next scheduled payment date, unless termination was for breach, in which case they are forfeited.
We may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version and notifying you at the email address on your account. Continued participation after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to terminate.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service apply to any dispute arising under it.
